To lip sync is not performing. The "performance" itself was … well … blah and embarrassing to watch. What I did love however, was watching her drugged up interview afterwards. It looked like Randy was holding her up and for your info Paula. You can fool yourself into believing you can FAKE sober but your actions are loud and clear. Grab a bottle of booze and your fav pain killers and watch your old videos at home instead of making a complete fool out of yourself in public. There is no comeback for you Paula but if you insist; please do get drunk on idol again … it's really the only type of performance any of us want to see from you really. Pretty lame performance. Ironic that an AI judge would lip synch and is too gutless to perform live, considering what they put the contestants through. Song is very repetitive and uninspired and Paula's performance was nothing special. Giving her props for being old and doing it just doesn't make sense. Why should I watch Paula when I can watch someone younger, in better shape, sing and dance? Paula needs to practice some gratitutde for the great job she has doing next to nothing on AI. Trying to comepete with the contestants she judges is just tasteless.

The performance was fun. Not every song's a classic. I'm sure people can feel good when that song comes on the radio and want to dance when they're out. What I don't understand is why all of you dumb fucks on this website would tell anyone that they are 'too old' for anything. I'm not a fan of hers but this is America. I hope that anyone at any age will get out on the dance floor, shake their ass and not be so afraid they have to lip synch. Rock on Paula. Everyone else relax the fuck up.
