When will people stop listening to others and vote for themselves? I would NEVER vote for somebody no matter who endorsed them unless I felt they were the right choice. If Clinton is the democratic candidate for President, the dems will lose. I know SO many people who are not affiliated to a political party and they vow that if it is McCain vs. Clinton, they will vote for McCain. Obama is the only way the dems will get in the White House. I am voting for Obama because he isn't smug like Hilary, he has plans, and his plans are reasonable (and do-able). I like how Obama refuses to take lobbyist money. I think that is awesome. Hilary takes all she can get because she needs all of it in order to keep up with Obama. I just think Hilary is the type of politician who is 'dirty' or corrupt. I don't trust her at all. Re: Suzanne – Suzanne you are not providing valid information. Obama hasn't supported the war from the get go, unlike Clinton. Clinton supported the war and then denided it in last weeks debate, proving she flip-flops on issues and cannot be trusted.
If he gets the nominee, he will be more succesful than Clinton against Mccain. He draws independants well, while Hilary does not. If she gets the nominee, Mccain will win the election and there will be 4-8 more years of a Republican in the White House.

The reason I'm not running: I'm a musician with too much of a past, and while that past doesn't define me, it would compromise any campaign I would launch (this does not exclude me from being a delegate, and I intend to do that). I agree with your assessment of most of the comments here (saying HILLARY 08 a bunch of times isn't gonna make her win, neither, i should point out, is saying RON PAUL 08), but every now and then a candidate comes along who brings a certain set of principals to the public conciousness. When that happens, it's perfectly acceptable to "get behind" this person, while spreading both the news of their campaign and the principles behind it. jb- I did do my own research. Not one of those votes listed did I get from the Clinton website or any other Clinton resource. This was all independent research done on my own. Senate votes are VERY EASY to find. Just Google it. These are FACTS. Educate yourself. Don't fall victim to the media, don't fall victim to some guy who happens to be a gifted public speaker.
