wtf? she's bringing the others down on that cover. the others have talent, she just follows her boy around like a puppy dog and lifts weights.

Interesting and beautiful? Yes. Fresh? No. All of these women have been hanging around Hollywood for years and years and years.
Biel cant act for shit! she as an actress that fills in the gaps in films that no one else wants. She should be fired and driven off the edge of the earth, silly cow!
Emily Blunt looks incredible. She's so amazingly talented and beautiful. A real virtuoso.

I think the only reason Jessica Biel is included on this cover is because she just worked with Annie Liebowitz on a Disney campaign. I read in Us Weekly that Liebowitz shot a campaign using celebs as Disney characters. Jessica was Pocahontas. Maybe that's why Liebowitz put her on this cover, I can't think of another reason.
Beautiful girls and talented but their is a certain tension the photograph (either explicit or implicit) that the photo converys.

Jessica Biel only got it because she's dating Justin Timberlake. None of her movies do very well or get very good reviews, and neither does her acting. Amy, Anne, and Emily are all very respectable actresses, though.

I bet Vanity Fair regretted having picked Jessica Biel for the shoot. Jessica could have easily been replaced by a young Oscar nominee like Ellen Page from Juno. Amy Adams looks Grace Kelly of the 2nd millenium. What is the theme? Are they former Oscar nominees? Are they potential Oscar nominees? Its confusing. Nice but it could be even better!

How are these 'fresh' faces of '08?? Emily Blunt won a teen choice award in '06 for Devil Wears Prada, Amy Adams did Drop Dead Gorgeous in '99 and has since gone on to do Buffy the Vampire Slayer (the tv series, which ended years ago), and well… the others all have name recognition enough that we can tell they aren't 'fresh faces' (for '08 anyway). Pretty cover but idiotic title. Anyone else find this ridiculous? If they are going to advertise for new faces, now I could be wrong here but just guessing, there are probably a few others they could find if they wanted to.
I agree with others that jessica biel looks way out of place. Like she accidently fell into the picture!! Everyone else looks Hollywood but her. And not because she is ugly or anything, she just doesnt fit this cover.
