wow there are a bunch of ignorant assholes posting comments. as a mother who nursed her daughter for 17 months (MAKE A COMMENT AND I WILL TELL YOU 100 WAYS WHY YOU ARE WRONG) there is nothing wrong with it.
even with implants you can breastfeed as long as you havent disturbed the breast tissue. being that under the muscle implants are better and more expensive i would assume xtina had those and since they are not near the actual milk ducts there is little chance of silicone/saline "leaking into the milk" . some of these people, here, especially the women are fucking ignorant about breastfeeding. god put breasts on you for two reasons: to attract mates and to FEED YOUR KIDS! so leave her and her fake breasts alone. all you haters are hating because you aint GOT IT!
