I think she looks great! I was bigger than that carrying just one baby. The only place she has some weight is in her belly, which is where it should be. I got big all over when I was pregnant! She will be back in shape in no time after the babies are born. I think her dress is fine, I tried to also conceal my body when I was preggers, some people are more self concious than others, that's all. To each his own, but anyways, you go girl!!!

She needs to take off those stillettos. I'm tired of seeing all of the pregnant women wearing high heels. They are not safe or healthy for pregnant women, but it seems sexiness has to come before the pregnancy. It is so sad to see this.

C'mon guys, she's wearing those heels from the car to the place where she was seating and getting up only to go to the bathroom, because I'm sure she's peeing a lot, with that huge very low belly. She's walking in flats at home, the dress is the one that has to go. Didn't she have a mirror at home, sometimes she has some clothes that are good for a teenager and she's not qualifying for the Teen magazine anymore. She is looking her age, 30 something, not teen years. And about that ass, she's going to have to exercise a lot, those big asses, do suffer when women get pregnant, she'll find out and soon as she gets that cesarea, because I doubt she'll give birth to those babies, she knows it's going to hurt her body. I still wish her a happy and safe delivery, cesarea I should say.
