A wrinkle free Madonna looked breathtaking at the Gucci event in NYC on Wednesday, a Night to Benefit Raising Malawi and UNICEF at the United Nations.
She can't be that flawless naturally!!!!!

I bumped into her plastic surgeon in SF. He said like most women, without her makeup, she's not as pretty. (Duh). However, she stays fit and has her heart focused on positive light (Kabbalah). I'm not endorsing any religion, just saying she seems more together than Brit. One time, Madonna said on David Letterman, I believe it was, that if she didn't have religion in her life, she'd go "crazy." Hint, hint, Brit… Wonder how much $ they raised for Malawi. How sweet she did this for baby David's birthplace. True to her word. PS ~ She has a great hair colorist!
For being just 5', 4", it's impressive she can stay so fit! Kudos, Madge!

I guess it depends on what you call "natural". No, she doesn't do Botox or any surgical cosmetics. She's very holistic and has the money to be pampered 24/7 in Switzerland or wherever she likes. Her hubby, Lord Ritchie, rarely sees the glamorous Lady Madonna until they go in front of the public. The rest of the time she's wearing a face mask or hanging upside down or being tweezed or having saline injections to her breasts and lips. She's got every bell and whistle at her disposal and yet she chooses to reach out and help those in need. I've been to Darfur…not a picnic except for vultures. She's had a face lift, definitely botox, probably restylane, too (a filler that works for the deep furrows around the mouth), and the very best dermatologists. microdermabrasion, etc. I get these things, too, and I'm 48. Its a ton of money but damn, it makes you feel great when people say, you can't be 48! you have no wrinkles! I admit to my "work", though. I'm not embarrassed about it.

If you eat right, exercise and stay out of the sun sure you can look this good. It's possible. She doesn't eat in restaurants(she's very fussy about what she eats and how it is prepared) and she exercises and do you ever see pictures of her out partying or laying on a beach? I bet she's in bed by 10:00 most nights. She lives a clean life, no drugs.

Botox probably, surgery, no. She looks great, but not otherworldly by any means…Clean living really does help (look at Prince, who also looks amazing).

It could be possible that it's natural. She eats Macrobiotic meals all the time. It's developed from traditional Japanese diet. So many Japanese women look a lot younger to westerners' eyes, and that could be because of what they eat too. So give Madonna a chance. It's amazing if it's natural. Everyone should try Macro. Not just to look younger, but it's healthy anyway.

Um yeah I'm as cynical as the next person, especially when it comes to desperate Hollywood hags who don't know the meaning of the term "aging gracefully", but did anyone ever stop to think that she looks so great because of her clean, healthy lifestyle?? She doesn't smoke or drink, no junk or processed foods and she is constantly exercising. THAT is how a lot of people stay looking so young and vibrant.

50 is not what it used to be (thank heavens). I turned 55 in December and I am still relatively wrinkle free and my (natural) grey hair gives me nice salt and pepper look. Most people guess me to be 45, and I'll take it. So will Madonna. Look at Ellen!

Madonna lives a healthy lifestyle. It doesn't look to me like she has had any work at all. She does not look pulled or fake at all, just healthy. I am sure her diet and exercise help greatly with preservation of her looks.

It is obvious she DID have this procedure done in 2004 (and there are pictures of scarring online,) but she has NOT talked about it.
