Yes, Obama started from scratch - Whereas Hillary has a political machine to tap into. The fact that her campaign is broke shows an extreme lack of planning on her part. She dumped everything into Super Tuesday because she thought she would emerge the victor, only to come out a draw when she previously had upwards of a 20% lead in the polls just months earlier. That is horrible planning and enormous arrogance. She has bankrupted her own campaign - what will she do with our country and her lack of planning and foresight?
On the other hand, Obama started from nowhere and has built a growing campaign at a grass-roots level. Sure he has celebrities that have donated - so has Hillary (Her "35 years of experience" have led to depleting all of her money and losing her enormous poll lead to draw even with Obama). The fact that 90% of all his donations are $100 or under shows the grass-roots approach is working and is dwarfing Hillary. He draws support and excitement from Democrats and dis-illusioned Republicans. Hillary gets support from the same people she's always had, but polarizes everyone else.
So yes, Obama-The-Unexperienced has started from scratch, and has now drawn even with the 35-Years-Experienced, Broke, Inevitable, Political Machine Hillary.
But, I know you won't acknowledge that. You never will.
