Osama Lutfi has hired a publicist so that people can find out the truth about him. Uh huh.
His new mouthpiece is a fella named Michael Sands, who up until this week - when he was fired - was the spokesperson for Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.
Well, Sands held a press conference on behalf of Lutfi Thursday morning and he talked a lot of shit.
However, one of the most alarming things he said was the following:
"Sam has been providing prescription medication, cocktails is what its called for Britney's medical issues. Sometimes the medication really doesn't work and you have to change it and you see outrageous behavior displayed in public."
He should not have been giving her ANY cocktails, alcoholic or medicinal.
Britney Spears needs to be under the constant supervision of DOCTORS and trained medical professionals!
Thankfully, her parents have a restraining order against Lutfi.

This is so sad and really seems to have taken a scary turn!!! This is exactly how we have lost many famous PEOPLE over the years (Heath). I emphasizethe word people because at the end of the day they are just like you and me, almost. They want to be loved, accepted and validated. The pursuit of which will cause some to doo outlandish things. Sam Lufti needs to stay away from her. His plan has been exposed…as long as she is acting "crazy" he makes money talking to the tabloids. He has to keep her in the headlines to make a profit….SICK! I hope the legal system will follow the parents’ wishes and help Britney. She is a loved person by many and deserves the same help we would offer to any PERSON in need of compassion and assistance. If you spread ugliness it just exposes who you are as person. Get well Britney for yourself, your family and for your children.
It's NOT illegal if she asked him to help her with her meds. My grandfather handles my grandmother's meds for her because otherwise she would forget which ones to take when. (Not even anything for crazies, just blood pressure & stuff like that.)
Handing out her prescription meds at the right times & in the right doses is GOOD for her. There are definitely big questions about whether Osama was doing more than that, and Mama Lynne (unbiased? nothing to gain?) certainly portrayed his actions rather negatively, but how do you really know what was going on in that house?

obviously she has HUGE problems with or with out this guy but his history needs to be scrutinized. If the allegations are true- he needs to go to prison. It seems he has a history of preying on weak people and this is not his first restraining order. He sounds like a class A con man.

This all explains why Britney has been behaving so strangely…. it's a potent drug induced stupor which means she has no control over herself or actions…. this is crazy stuff! Poor Britney who lets so many freaks into her life, and through whatever neediness she has, she lets them have control in her life that she really doesn't need. I hope this guy (Lutfi) is gone for good. She needs stable reasonable positive people with her to show her the right way and get away from drugs - whatever sort. People with mental health problems should not be treated with drugs - they need nurturing, love, friendship. guidance, spirituality - NOT DRUGS (prescription or otherwise)…

At least in Europe a cocktail of meds does not only mean drugs for aids. Its used as soon as you have a combination of several meds designed to interact in certain ways.
A bit as a cocktail of alcohol may be 2 kinds of liquor and a certain amount of orange juice. and an umbrella.:-) Ask any bartender. There are rules as to how much of each liquor should make a certain cocktail. So stop spreading rumours only based on an expression..

I'm bipolar and in my experience "cocktail" is used to describe a combination of 3+ different drugs to treat different aspects of the same problem. I definitely think it's a BIG stretch to say that she might have HIV/AIDS.

The reason they tell you to stay in school is so that your brain and mind can, at least hopefully, be the one thing that you can rely on to make proper decisions and prevent your life from spiraling out of control.

i knew this guy was shady from the beginning and also he could be the reason why she is crazy to begin with…giving anti pshychotics to a person that isn't psychotic will welll make them psychotic and he was griding the pills up…u know how easy that is to give someone grinded up pill without them knowing…also he is not a doctor so there is no way in hell a doctor would give him permission to administer meds to her esp. grinded up because grinding them up makes them more potent and harmful!!! i myself am on anti-depressents for depression and anxiety so i know a few things about this….one thing i also know is that i'm never given refills on my meds…i have to see a therapist who is permitted to perscribe meds every couple of weeks to get my perscription in addition to the therapist i see just to bitch too…i personally would like to know where is alli simms in all of this…that girl has been around both brit and osama numerous times…clearly she must know something…so if she is supposed to be brit's cousin…why isn't she stepping up to save her cousin and say what she knows??? quite frankly i think they should all be given lie detector tests cuz this is turning into a god damn conspiracy!!!

This is abuse of the worst kind, it does not matter if the person is Bi-polar and only trusts one person as a number of sources have said, giving medications of any kind unknowingly to a person is abuse, people can be sent to prison for this. It can be deemed attempted murder. This guy is a scumbag who is clearly not trying to help the situation, if it is a case that she will not take her medication then the relevent medical staff should intervene, this is terrible, look at what the official cause of deathis for Heath Ledger-accidental overdose of prescription drugs, this sam lufti has no medical training, he does not know what the contraindications of mixing medications are, he should be jailed before we hear that something awful has happened, I hope he never works with her again!
I dont swallow pills. So i grind up the pills and put it in food but i still taste it. And its fucken nasty. How could she not taste it?
