People hate what they don't understand. She's a lot smaller than folk realize if they haven't seen her in person. I'm not that short, 5'7 and I WAS a size 6-8. In 2000, I lost 20lbs over stress-now I'm size 2-4 and haven't regained an ounce. If she works out and does a little toning up she'll start to look like her old self. I won't totally discount her attributing the loss to stress BUT if there's something more going on I hope she gets help.
