I am from Detroit as is Aretha, I actually grew up about a block away from her. My family and friends also own a ton of businesses in town, she is the cheapest person on earth!!! She will walk out of places without paying, never leaves a tip, one time she even ordered invitations for a party from a friends invitation store and she never paid for them!!! I realize that she's the "Queen of Soul", and I totally agree with that , but seriously now she's totally overweight and looking unheathy and it just can't be overlooked and ignored. Please do something Aretha. I highly recommed low carb, because quite honestly, it really looks like you are eating way too many simple carbs and that's the reason for the bloating. I think if you went low carb, all your food addictions and cravings would come to a halt Being a Taurus, I know you love the comfort foods, but you can find plenty of healthy substitutes and after a while you're tastes will completely change anyways.
More to the point, you really need to cut the simple carbs and eat more lean protein and veggies. The only way to overcome a sugar addiction is to completely stop eating it, and yes you will go through withdrawal which will last about two weeks. This just goes to show how addictive sugar is…you will go through a "flu-like period". When I look at you you scream "carb addict!"You really need to make some serious dietary changes here. There is NO WAY you could feel fit, happy, and healthy. So DO SOMETHING!
