Unfortunately, the multi-platinum selling artist has been working on her "comeback" album forever now and there seems to be no release date in sight.

WH once said that she was bigger than the Beatles and that Madonna was a bad influence on children and wouldn't be around much longer. Now, she is trying to make a comeback? Who cares. She has so burned her bridges. It's unfathomable how Clive Davis has stuck with her so long. She should dye her hair that lovely shade of orangutan orange, hit the crack pipe and open up a psychic hotline just like her aunt Dionne.

i'm not into her music but i have mad respect for the fact that she never had to portray herself as a sex object to get attention because she actually had talent. i hope her troubles are behind her and she accomplishes all she sets out to do.

I used to be a fan of her voice/music. I also thought she did a really decent job onscreen as an actress. Hearing the stories and seeing the pictures of her nasty self and home as they really are when she is binging on drugs was pretty hard erase from my memory. However, the story about her spending hours lying unbathed, toothless, pleasuring herself with sex toys put me over the edge. I will NEVER, EVER be able to stand to look at or listen to her again. She is forever over for me. There are just some celebrity reveals that are insurmountable and that was one of them. She makes my skin crawl and I just want her to go away. I'll never buy another song she sings. The radio/tv will go off the minute I hear a hint of her voice and that's a promise. She's just gross.

I read in a magazine her album is coming out in April with her first single in late March or early April. I cannot wait until it comes out and hope soon too.

It's amazing the hypocrisy in America. Amy Winehouse was a mess last night at the Grammys. She's 24 years old and she is a drug addled mess. Whitney began working since she was a teenager. First as a model, then a singer. The girl toured hard from the day she broke her first album. Amy has barely done anything in support of her first album and she is a large sized screwup. Yet nobody is criticizing her on this site, and NARAS certainly isn't, allowing that pathetic performance last night instead of letting her heal in rehab. Whitney is taking her time and getting herself together, yet most of the posts on this site are derogatory. The only difference between Amy Winehouse and Whitney Houston that I can see is their colour. They're both talented women with addiction issues. One is one being treated like she isn't a human being, and the other is being heralded as a hero. Is this a black and white thing? Because otherwise, I don't get it. If Whitney never sings another note, no one can detract from her musical legacy. Like it or not she has set the bar for all other voices in contemporary music.

I saw this picture and was stunned, this is the Whitney that I know. She does look twentysomething. I love you Whitney, you are the true diva. Everyone else, Mariah, Fergie, Rhinna,Beyonce, these waterdowned performers cannot and will not ever compare with you!!! Mariah has a great voice, but she tries to hard to be a diva, the others don't know how. When you were thier age and you knew how to work it. You are a Natural.
