She needs a new makeup artist and hair stylist ASAP!

I dont think she looks bad… her dress comes to her knees.. her hair is a little long yes but everyone is saying they dont understand why parents dress their kids like this? as a 15 year old girl myself, i think the hair is amazing and well done the stylist, but way to much make-up, but its not her fault its the make-up artist.
I think her dress is perfectly appropriate for her age, it's a nice color for her skin, a good length, and the neck line is perfect. However, her extensions are too long (but the color matched well at least)! And her make up, well I think there could have been a little more color considering her dress was pale… BTW did she have her lips done???

I love you Perez I really do but I love MIley too and i think that outfit is perfectly age appropriate. I think it's very hard for her to keep her mind grounded with all these pressures on being half naked to look hot and at the same time being called a slut. I think she carries herself beautifully despite these pressures and I hope maybe you can back of just a bit and realize for a 15 year old in todays society she is doing her best to be what a 15 year old should be. Miley is wearing a ton of makeup and it does look like kabooki…the women in China who wore heavy powdered makeup to "entertain" powerful and influential men. It is all wrong for her age and more importantly her facial features. Her eyes are too close together, and the harsh look of the eyeliner against her round babyface is quite strange. Her hair coloring is too drastic against her skin tone and those extentions are horrendous. At 15 yrs. old girls have naturally flushed skin, the kind all these older actresses try to achieve by doing chemical peels. And the biggest faux pas is the fact that she wore an amost nude lipgloss which only emphasizes the gothic eye look. You can still look cheap even when not wearing the proverbial "hooker red" lipstick.
You wear makeup to enhance your features, not hide them, not at 15. You wear heavy makeup to hide scars, lines and other flaws. I do not care what she is wearing at this point, her face is too distracting making it the focal point. As for her awkward leg position that is just her inexperience at posing for the cameras when she is not on her sitcom set. She is trying to give off a provacative look and it is not fairing so well.

It's not the best picture she's taken and it seems like she's going through the same "awkward" stage that many fifteen year old girls go through. The dress is an appropriate length and I don't think it would look trashy if everything else was done properly. The extensions are absolutely AWFUL- they don't even come close to matching her natural hair color and they are completely unnecessary. The make-up is too heavy and she does look a little puffy. Maybe she's got some skin problems they're covering up. Mostly I think it's just a bad picture.
