She needs a new makeup artist and hair stylist ASAP!
Unless the trashy slut look is what they're going for, then give her beauty team big raises.

You have to blame the parents for letting her dress that way. She has been all over the place saying how strict her parents are and how they keep her "grounded", yet she's out there looking like she should be working the streets!! Miley COULD be so pretty. If she took out those really fake looking extentions, wore more natural makeup, and stopped wearing dresses that she cant even sit down in without having to make sure it doesnt ride up.

Yes, it is a little much for a 15 yr old; however, she really only does this heavy makeup when she's doing a show or a a premiere. If you watch her show, you can see her makeup is not that thick. Also, this picture is horribly blurred..if you actually watched the grammys, you would see that when she was presenting with Cindi Lauper, it was not nearly as bad.

WOW PEREZ this picture is COMPLETELY PHOTOSHOPPED!! the top half of her hair is all brown and really curly ..and the bottom half is black and wavey/curly…and if you compare these pics to other ones from the grammys you can totally tell her hair looks different in these pics!
