Its prob a combo of too dark blush/bronzer and a shadow— from all her partying she may not remember there's a difference between day-time makeup and night-time make up. If it was a bruise, it'd have to be from way-overzealous blushing— exact same size, shape and location of where you apply blush. (FIRST is for retards!)
