Is Britney finally getting better????
All signs point to a YES!!!!
Spears, whom we hope is still receiving treatment for her mental illness, was spotted with her mother, Lynne, in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The pair bonded over clothes, shopping at the Miss Sixty store on Melrose before heading over to the Millennium Dance Studios in the Valley.
And, Brit Brit and mom were accompanied by their new bodyguards.
All good things!
Treatment is essential, though. They can't ignore that.

Im so glad to hear this. I mean I knew that she will find a light at the end of the tunnel. Our prayers have been helping her from the day of her breakdown. Im so blessed to see her happy again.
I'm happy that things have changed and she is being more responsible and getting better and being taken care of now.

I am not a big Brit fan, but she is looking so much better now. Her parents taking control is the best thing that could have happened. We are finally seeing some progress with her and I hope all three of them keep up the good work we're finally seeing.

Mental illness takes years to deal with properly; it is irresponsible to say "All signs point to YES" just yet. Thank god for her parents though. Seems like this whole "intervention" was in the works for awhile, I'm sure they have a pretty solid plan in place. With that kind of money you can afford the best treatment possible.

I think she has gone through hell K-Fed out partying while she was home with the kids, then her getting divorced and trying to get out on the party scene and losing control. I think her problems have to do with stress, drugs, alcohol and the fact that she feels like she can't trust anyone. Which is actually the truth. I think now that her family is determined to help her she WILL get better. She needs to be around peole who really care about her. She looks like she is already mellowing out a lot since her parents took over.

I know it seems stupid, but I pray for this girl and her family every night. if you watch her older performances and interviews you can see how happy she was. it's devastating to see her in such a terrible state. I hope that one day the whole paparrazzi thing will be illegal.
I just gotta LOVE how celebrities go into therapy/rehab these days… They stay a week and then, they hit the streets like nothing happened. To me, they only want a "holiday" away from press and stress and they call it rehab/therapy… They don't have a clue what REAL THERAPY/REHAB is!!!!!

its going to be a very long road - as much as she drove us all to act the way we did (ie. the media mostly) be somewhat thoughtful of the fact that she is ill - and being ill she didnt realize she should have been hiding or getting herself help - she does look better though - KEEP AT BRIT!!
