April is right around the corner. That is when her Madgesty's new album is expected to be released.
Until then, she's been keeping herself quite busy.
Here she is, showing off her fabulous new face, at the world premiere of her short film, Wednesday night at the Berlin Film Festival.
We don't think she had a face lift. Just a lot of Botox!

However she does it…she looks fabulous. Perhaps the secret to her beauty has to do with the fact that she exercises regularly and is a happy person.
I think she is self-absorbed to the max. She loves the money, the fame and is really kind of a bitch listening to her talk, like she's so hi-class, sort of a phoney, she's a tramp from a long time ago, we remember madonna! and she would prefer we all forget. While i don't remember excesses with booze or drugs, she was still a tramp, not royalty here, folks!
Not a face lift, it looks like she's had dream sculpt, by the same doc who does mine in London.
Like I said, look at her in the video I made in 1983 of one of her first shows. Its on youtube "Madonna in 1983 in Boston for Club New York Productions" see what she looked like then.
Oh god she looks so feminine and elegant. Madonna is just wonderful. I cant wait to buy her new album! xxx

I think she's had an eye lift, a neck lift, and cheek implants.

I stood next to her in 1993, and the skin on her neck was just beginning to show signs of slackening. I remembered it really clearly, because not only did I think it was sad to see the idols of my youth starting to age, but she also did a televised interview and commented herself that she'd rather cover her neck because it looked bad. Now, her neck looks even firmer and younger than it did then, almost 15 years later.

She's smart, though: she's doing everything very very gradually so that any and all changes are quite minor and therefore cannot easily be pinned down (no pun intended).

She had fat injected into her cheekbones. In the pictures you showed before of her with bruises under her eyes you can see a small pinpint where the needle went in. Fat injections leave you bruised for up to two weeks, but they really fill out your wrinkles, smooth nasolabial folds and make your skin look plump and young.
Who cares what she's done! She looks amazing.

She looks beautiful. Botox is wonderful. Im 23 and currenty have 47 units in my forehead alone. She is amazing. With a body and a career like hers, whats a little botox? It's great and shes even better! The dress is boring though

I DISAGREE PEOPLE, I really do not think she had any work done. She does alot of Yoga, and drinks only water and is a vegetarian. Look at Ellen Degeneres, she is 50 and she still looks so young so why don't people say the same thing about Ellen. If you've never believed anything before, believe this…SHE HAD A FACELIFT…a great facelift. There is such a thing. I had one..I'm 50 and I look 35, and I'm not kidding. It's important always to get a good Dr…and Madonna looks like she had the best..but it's a facelift.
she has done her eyes more than once, cheeks fillers, micro demabrasion, chemical peels and skin transplant and of course botox. NOTHING NATURAL ABOUT THIS FAKE BITCH.
here's what i think: She of course has access to the best anti aging solutions, but madonna has never smoked and HELLO she is not a sun goddess! She has really taken care of her skin, and I think THAT is the biggest reason she looks so good….she stayed out of the sun!

She's just a couple of years before she goes into Dolly Parton territory.
She really doesn't need much help. She has always had beautiful, flawless skin. She has taken good care of herself with exercise and diet. She also has a good sense about herself and is very spiritual. So, I think with all that combine and little help you see the end result, which is pretty stunning. Keep it up, can't wait until your new CD drops.

She has totally had work done and her new album sucks.
skin transplant and face lift, cheeks transplants, eyes and eyebrows are much higher than before when were all dark and bushy, her face now is quite masculine and she rimainds me at monica from friends just blondier.
I agree that if you have the money to get the work done, then why not? We all wish we could look as good as Madonna at this age.

I think it´s botox! But Madonna has allways been very careful with her skin, she never sunbaths! Plus she leeds a very healthy lifestyle, so she would look pretty good even without the botox!
She look better now than she has in 10years. She definitely had some work done it wasn't just Botox. But whomever did her cosmetic surgery did a dam good job.

There are other "pick me ups" that you can do other than botox! And thats why she had bruises on her cheek and under her eyes over the past few weeks.
I say good for her. She has allowed herself to look haggered for many years! But then, This bitch works harder than any other. So all that work, travel takes its toll!
So at 50 I say, hell yes..its totally ok for Madonna to get "freshen up" Freshening up is different to the face altering plastic surgeries of cher, lil kim and others!
She had a bit of a brow lift Christmas 2006 and man she was puffy faced in the India pics this year Christmas (2007). She is Botoxed and Restalyned until the cows come home. She has more expression lines 6 years ago. She is doing the work in small bits llike SJP.

Actually, it's very apparent that, at the very least, she had a lower face lift (to pull up her sagging jowls) and her eyes done (to remove the bags underneath them)–as well as lots of botox and face fillers, of course.
the stuff she had is called Radiesse… Some liquid injections that solidify in minutes, allowing the dermatologist to mold it as clay… When rigid, feels like bone. Restructures face, cheekbone, outlines the shapes of the face… Good complement to Botox she also had!
