Until then, she's been keeping herself quite busy.
Here she is, showing off her fabulous new face, at the world premiere of her short film, Wednesday night at the Berlin Film Festival.
We don't think she had a face lift. Just a lot of Botox!

… and I'll say it again since you don't seem to get it, Mario. Botox DOES NOT lift your face, it only FREEZES it! That is why Madonna has obviously had at least a partial face lift, as well as other surgery.

it uses either laser or radio waves to shrink your skin - it's gradual and doesn't last forever. it can be done in the office in less than an hour.
