April is right around the corner. That is when her Madgesty's new album is expected to be released.
Until then, she's been keeping herself quite busy.
Here she is, showing off her fabulous new face, at the world premiere of her short film, Wednesday night at the Berlin Film Festival.
We don't think she had a face lift. Just a lot of Botox!

Oh she has had work done around her eyes FOR SURE!! She looks great though.
too much focus on eyes and cheeks. the area around her mouth is really old looking. she shouldn't be so sad she was one of Maxim's ugliest for if she didn't try so hard to stay young looking people wouldn't focus on it. her vanity speaks volumes…
I don't think Botox gives you bruises under your eyes that you have to hide with sunglasses….
Her cheeks look implanted - I know she had those bruises a few weeks ago on them…hmmm…seems more than just botox! She looks waxy now ewwww!
She is Flawless. I agree with some about the hair…she has needed better hair for years…natural Brown would be a welcomed change, but i doubt it will ever happen. She is HOT though.
I think she's had a face lift or at least a mini lower one, I think the skin around her jaw would look at bit slacker otherwise for her age. It's good work whoever did it!!

Madonna has not had a lot of work done, and, i should know because i'm friends with her, she's only had a forehead lift, liposuction of the cheeks hips and thighs, restylene lips, colagen fillers in the frown lines a mini brow lift, a tummy tuck, 2 ribs removed, a butt implant and, a labia reduction, c'mon guys thats not a lot leave her alone.
She totally had surgery. You can tell by her neck and jawline.

She has always had a tight jaw line and high cheek bones. She has probably had botox or the like because in todays time few haven't and if you are one of the few who haven't you probably can't afford it or will have it at some point. Her eyes are not pulled and a lot of the other comments being made about what she possibly had done are unfounded. The bruising on her cheek some months back was caused by a photographer hitting her with his camera as she carried David thru the airport. Check the fact. Madonnna has always been very forward in women and all people doing as they please to make themselves happy so if she did or ever does have major work or minor work done it is because she wants to look the way that she feels best and how she sees herself. Just like you and I. We really are all pathetic for commenting on a lovely looking woman and trying to deny or justify hers or anyone elses beauty. Maybe we don't have any of our own. Look in your mirror. Would you keep it how it is or would you change something if given the opportunity.
She looks good, but she's definitely had plastic surgery. Her face is a completely difference shape than it used to be. I don't care if that's what she wants to do, but she is kinda famous for poo-pooing surgical enhancements. Typical Entertainer hypocracy.

WOW she looks incredibly good, i don't think it's plastic surgery. Madonna is followed by the paparazzi 24/7 and she would have to go into hiding/recovery for weeks. There are daily pictures of Madonna posted going out and about. Madonna is one of the richest women in the planet she gets the best facials, diet, and she does yoga, and pilates. There is no way she had a plastic surgery because she looks naturally good.

It's definitely more than botox. Botox can only freeze frown lines and crows feet. It can't do anything for lines around the mouth or sagging jowels. And to be in your late forties, the jowels start to sag. She either had injections of Restylene along the mouth, or had a lower face lift with botox on the brow.
And Bless her for doing so. She looks amazing, whatever she did.
