She looks great. The lipstick is dark red, not black and her makeup and hair look the best I've ever seen them look. Regardless whether you like the style of the dress it fits her perfectly and makes her body look slender.

Take a look at the picture of yourself with Kelly Osbourne you posted earlier. Your pants are too long, your t-shirt is all bunched up in the back of your waistband, your skin is blotchy and oily looking and your hair looks like someone put a scoop of superman ice cream on your head and smeared it around.
