I don't think she looks slutty at all. If she also had on a belly shirt and heels well that would be different. But she is wearing a flowy top and flat boots and she looks really cute. IT is actually an interesting style statement. And while her skirt is short it is not any shorter than say a pair of running shorts that someone should wear to the gym.
