Miley doesn't look slutty at all, the outfit is fine. Wow a bit of her thigh is showing…. big deal. With some of the most underweight models actresses its unhealthy to push the stick thin image on young women, I'm not a " heavy" or "thick" person but I think that pushing stick thin forms on girls is wrong. Also I think Miley isn't a bad role model she isn't doing drugs and clubbing or pregnant, she seems family oriented and grounded.

There is nothing wrong with this skirt. I agree with the others, she is dressed like most teens in America. You should try shopping for teen girl's clothes. This was probably the most modest skirt on the rack. And, you didn't mention the fact that her shirt covers her WHOLE upper body. Quit trying to create drama where there is none.
