Both Clinton and McCain must understand that Obama is growing into an exceptional and formidable candidate. A small but telling example of his instincts and decisiveness can be seen in how he dealt with a controversy that sprang out of his Houston volunteer campaign office. Someone in the office hung a flag of Cuba — with Che Guevara's picture prominently displayed in the middle — on the wall of his office. The local Fox affiliate filmed the flag and the blogosphere rightfully teed it up.
The image of Che is now mostly about somebody making money off the ignorance of our "educated" youth. Obama knows this. Just as he is familiar with some of Che's most infamous quotes.
Words such as, "A revolutionary must become a cold killing machine motivated by pure hate," or, "If the nuclear missiles (in Cuba) had remained, we would have used them against the very heart of America, including New York City," or, "to execute a man we don't need proof of his guilt. We only need proof that it's necessary to execute him. It's that simple."

I would like to point out that Latinos are a very diverse group and many would be disgusted by anyone idolizing Che, especially those who escaped from persecution in Cuba. I have family members that, at the time, were revolutionaries with Che, and it was well known that he was good at overthrowing governments and killing people, but not much else. They did their best to get rid of him quickly afterwards.

I am very glad to see that Barrack is a supporter of El Che. He was a wonderful man who's only purpose was to fight for what was right. His face is on the Cuban flag because he helped in the Cuban Revolution, after which he was murdered by the U.S. Government. He was wanting to help free Cuba from the U.S. grip by assisting Fidel Castro in his attempt at independence. And aside from what you may have heard, they are both thought of very highly by the Cuban people.(except for the rich upper class who didnt want to share the wealth and swam off to Miami).(side note: Cuba has an unemployment rate of about 1%..unlike SOME countries i know about. there are poor people, but no one is starving or living on the streets…maybe we need someone like Fidel running things for a little bit) I am not a Communist, nor am I pro- Communism. I was born and raised in the U.S.A, but I am smart enough to know that there are some things that the U.S. over conservative government doesn't want shown on CNN…or FOX.
