Britney Spears got all dressed up on Saturday night for a lovely meal with her dad, Jamie, at the new restaurant at Social Hollywood.
We love seeing Brit Brit spend time with her father. And it is nice seeing her well protected by her large security team.
Spears seems different, in a good way. We genuinely hope she's keeping up with therapy and treatment. It is essential! ESSENTIAL.

my younger sister has schizophrenia. same look in her eyes as britney. it's the medications she takes. let me tell you something, everyone needs to realize she won't ever be the same as she used to be. basically she can change her clothes, hair, etc but as long as on the medications she will be like this and even while on meds some are not stable. she won't ever have that look she used to have a long time ago again. maybe laughter, yes but always resort back to the dead eye look because of the meds she is on. sorry to burst your bubble. everyone should just wish her well and don't expect the old britney but a stable britney instead. ok. this is better than she was but stop expecting her to be like she used to. she will never be because of the disease.

Britney looks so pretty! For people who comment on her forehead and say "she's losing her hair", She's ALWAYS had a big forehead! She usually had bangs! So you couldn't tell she had a big forehead until recently! She always had bangs or some bangs pushed over to the side to make her forehead smaller and now that she doesn't really have any bangs pushed over to the side (it doesn't look like anyway), it looks like her forehead is different. well this is a much needed improvement. im glad she's finally starting to come along. its good that her family finally stepped in and gave her the intervention that she needed.
Wow - for the first time in years she looks good. Although you can see she is not happy from her face. She wants to be super crazy, not attractive and adored.
I think she looks better than she has in a long time. She looks clean and tidy! Her hair looks brushed! And I think it's great she's spending time with her Dad and that she has security………..but I wonder why she even went out. You'd think she'd want to avoid the papz as much as possible. I guess she can't stay a prisioner in her own home either. She needs to leave L.A. and go somewhere a little more private for a while. Don't let the media know where she is! There will be when the meds are adjusted. Been through this with a bi-polar spouse, it gets better. But it is a constant battle and requires caring people around to keep the person on the right path.

Bi-polar is a different mental illness. While some have to be medicated to the point of being glassy-eyed, many get to where they can live fairly normal lives. I have lived with that in a mate, and as long as the meds are adjusted correctly and administered, life can be pretty good.

Everywhere on blogs, you can see phrases like "poor girl," "it's so sad," "be strong," … So yes, everybody thinks that she is crazy and sick but they still like her! So is there still a hope to restore her image because people care about the former american doll!?
For sure she first has to get healthy… She doesn't follow any social rules, she is on drugs, she has absolutely no self esteem. So first of all, she has to rebuild her own self i guess…
Also, I think that people should stop trying to give her excuses and try to make other people responsible for who she has become today. This is not helping her. A good PR campaign, in my opinion, would make her appear has a strong woman that has changed and take full responsibility for what she has done… (Ok I know… she first has to change her behaviors!)

The medication seems to be working, this is good news. Sometimes it is difficult to find just the right medication for bipolar patients, and for my brother-in-law, so far NO medication is working, this is real sad.
