i think shes just lost weight so her face looks different than usual

If you loose the eyebrows and cover the right hand dark area under her ear ( move her jaw out a tiny bit there ) then , bingo, you have Drew!

I think it's DARKER eyebrows. That changes a look drastically! Like Rachel McAdams in the Notebook from when she is young to a few years later, her eyebrows are colored. Hmm. Cheek implants? Funkiness.

Dude, they did a horrible photoshop job on her, pobrecita. Drew's left side of her face looks like her, pero her right side looks like somebody else's (a lil' keira k.). I really dig her work though.
Well her eyebrows are wayt to over done and well she does look skinnier weight loss? who knows… it could aslo be crack…. Like her but that just got me thinking…….

Not really digging the hair and makeup, she looks good but not her best… something is off. It's probably a combo of the makeup, weight loss and perhaps photoshop. I certainly hope she didn't get plastic surgery because she is wonderful the way she is!

i think her weight loss with a combo of cheap foundation and badly penciled eyebrows and the red lip gloss…not nessesarily bad just not what were used to from drew, she looks great in the new makeup comercials shes doing!!

I think her makeup has been done to give her face more bone structure, thats why she looks skinnier in the face. She loses alot of her cuteness when shes made up and doesn't smile.
It is her EYEBROWS. And she looks great.
The face was made smaller. Drew has a larger head in real life than the picture. She also has a long v-shaped chin but that's shortened in this picture. The jawline was made more pronounced. The nose was narrowed. The eyes are closer together as oppose to farther apart. Those aren't her arms. She has bigger arms. She definitely slimmed down 10 lbs in this picture by photoshop and the rest of her face and body were changed in proportion to the "slim down".

Its all in the eyebrows. They penciled them in and reshaped them which can drastically change a person's appearance

That's totally not her jawline (check recent pix of her with justin long), and I don't even think it's her body. At the very least the totally photoshopped her arm and shoulders.

Well, normally, Drew has a light in her eyes and her face. She just looks like everyone else. Beautiful, but bland. This is just a normal, run of the mill Hollywood generic prototype. No light, or joy there. Just another robot. I am so sorry, she looks elegant and 'beautiful' by Hollywood standards, but I love Drew Barrymores joy that she portrays in photos. Ahh well- I think she is savvy enough to not let this interfere with her natural light.

Also chin has been less pronounced while cheekbones and jaw line have been more pronounced.

I have always loved Drewby, I think her hair color is really wrong in this picture, it really drownds her out. I love her new mascara ads, she looks beautiful in those (I can't remember which company, maybe Maybelline)

It looks like her nose was either recntructed or airbrused. Other than losing a lot of weight (look at those arms!) she looks the same- and pretty.
Her eyes are more almond shape than normal - and the eyebrows are off. She still looks pretty, just in an "off" way.
