She must have approved of the cover, but it doesn't look like her AT ALL. She doesn't have that Barrymore profile, which is FAMOUS….and she looks like a model…not an actress….she should be ashamed of this pic….not her at all, you can't tell.

First of all, the way the makeup is done makes her face very defined and thin looking. Also, her eyebrows aren't as thick. Most likely photoshop though, she just looks thinner.

Glamorized hair, eyebrows and make-up, face appears elongated and unnatural looking thanks to bad photoshopping, and a recent weight loss (or more likely more bad photoshopping) causes jaw to appear more prominent than ever accented by stick-like arms.
Considering Drew's background with addiction it's pretty funny that they photo shopped her to look just like Kate Moss.
