I didn't even recognise her! Maybe the left side of her face got pins and needles….
she actually looks good?
Her eyebrows are archy now! she still looks beautiful though..
and she must have lost lots of weight (look at her arms)
Wow… I have never seen such a beautiful woman like her. Her nudist profile with some of her pretty nude photos were found on a nudist date site named nudistonly.com days ago. Is she a nudist ?
eye make up is wrong, and she isnt smiling…. most posed photos she is smiling, and the hair looks aweful
The picture looks more like her mother (Jaid) than Drew. It's as if they dyed Jaid's hair, gave her some botox & restylane, and then photoshopped her a to try to resemble Drew.

wtf!!!! hope it's not surgery!!! she didn't look like that in photo's a few weks ago. looks like airbrushed, too bad these stars, allow their pictures to be slice and diced. they make them look so thin and distort their true beauty. drew does not need photoshop!!! ugly betty was a big sellout to her fans, they had her looking like a skinny bitch on the magazine covers, what message does that send to kids? the whole fucking show was done on the idea of an average weight girl that didn't fit the model mold!!! sellouts!!!!
it's they eyes… they're mighty creepy and uneven. plus, the color of the eyebrows and their botoxed shape add to the weirdness!
Seems like bad airbrushing….they made her look just like Kate Moss. Drew has a chunky face and it looks good that way!
Unless it's airbrushed or photoshopped she had her chin done. Remember she had a chin similar to but not as bad as Rumer Willis'
I think it's her eyebrows. They look too dark and almost painted-on. I also think that the make-up colours they chose do not suit her complexion.

they've photoshopped it to be much smaller. She has a famous Barrymore jaw and chin (her grandfather has it too in his movies) and it's not in this photo, so she doesn't look like herself.
If you google images of Drew and compare to this pic, notice the following:
Cheekbones photoshopped (less rounder)
Eyebrows photoshopped (higher than normal)
Jawline more prominent (weight loss?)
Nose job? (she had a slight bulbous nasal tip)
Chin photoshopped (more prominent)
Hair (not her normal style)
I know what it is…..her eye brows have been drawn in.

I looked at the picture before I read who it was and wondered who is that? They slimmed her face down. It was a beautiful picture but not her.
I think Drew had a nose job just before "music and lyrics". I noticed it immediettely in that moivie. I think she was better looking before.
But that Vogue cover is PHOTOSHOPPED, DUH!
she was clearly trying to do a sexy pout, which didn't work…but i guess the people at vogue thought it was alright! add that with some extreme airbrushing, and a bad 80s-looking hairstyle…and you've got that. drew has the cutest smile though - why didn't they go with that?!

I think the air brushed a lot of the fullness of her face… usually she has chubber cheeks (which is part of what makes her so adorable!) and replaced them with fuller higher cheeks bones. She is cuter the way she is naturally!!!

Her eyebrows are raised a little bit more, and they look darker than they would normally…also her chin seems a little smaller…perhaps lots of photo shop??
