It looks like they airbrushed her nose too tiny, and her right eyebrow is super high. plus she looks stoned in the eyeballs.
IT's her eye brows. They did something funky to them
I think she's maturing. She looks like her mom!

This is a bad Photoshop job.
The problem is the photoshopped her jaw line. While she does have a wide jaw, they made it into a point. and perhaps narrowed her nose too.
Her face is broader than that: they narrowed the photo to make her look slimmer.
That is not her head. Her head is much more round and chubby faced.

It's obviously the eyebrows.. look at the commercials she's been doing lately… they practically lay flat above her eyes. They are NOT that arched without airbrushing!

She LOOKS FREIKEN' HUNGOVER. You can so tell by her eyes you can barely tell but you can see some red and some bags! VOGUE just overdid the make-up to hid her hungoverness so much that she looks like a different person!

The retoucher went a bit crazy. Apparently they moved her hairline, tightened and reshaped her jawline, as well as reshaping her cheekbones. It's a bit much. Not a good job at all.

She may be photoshopped to look thinner or maybe she lost weight but the only thing that's different is that her hair is styled back and up so it makes her face look a little longer and thinner. You wanna ask WTF? Look at the pic of "Britney Spears" with the fedora on the cover of that one album. I would try looking up the name but who really cares what it's called. That pic is NOT of Britney Spears. Even on her BEST day.
