We are just so incredibly happy!
It is with great pleasure that we can finally announce…..
VH1 has picked up a show starring the Queen of All Media.
What Perez Sez will be a series of one-hour specials, with the first one premiering in September.
Perez is going to be like the gay Barbara Walters of VH1!
The show will be a fun, fresh way of looking at the wacky world of celebrities and interacting with them. It will be like PerezHilton.com come to life, but even juicier.
We've already began filming and VH1 is being really supportive, encouraging us to think outside of the box. VH1 is the perfect home for Perez.
And, we're thrilled to be working with our producing partners at World of Wonder (in addition to VH1) to make the best show possible.
We just want to continue to work hard, have fun and try new things. We're thrilled to be tackling this new venture and, now, Perez can truly live up to his self-appointed title of Queen of All Media.

This show has been a long time coming, dating back to our initial meeting with World of Wonder in November of 2005.
It's been almost TWO YEARS!!!!
But, we're confident that the result is going to be worth the wait. You will love what you're going to see. And, some of your favorite celebrities will be on the show, as if you needed any more reason than just Perez to watch.

It may be silly to be so happy about a TV show, but we're overjoyed.
We never thought ANY of this was possible when we started the website almost three years ago. It was just something we began for fun and we're so lucky that we still have so much fun working on PerezHilton.com. It's not a job; it's a way we express ourselves, can be creative and entertain and inform our readers. It's also something we will be doing until we're old and grey because we love it so much!
This journey has been amazing. And it's only just begun!
We are so inspired by our own "success" tale. We hope we inspire you too.

I just saw your interview with The View and it reminded me why I don't watch that show: Those women don't let anyone talk! And I hate Elizabicha, she thinks she's better than anyone. Sometimes I think you are a bit mean about the comments you make about kids, but I also know that if I was with my friends we would probably be saying the same things because ALL the time you are right, the baby is ugly, the kid is fat.
But, who cares about them? You have your own show and I'm 100% sure it's going to be a Better VIEW.

Watching you on The View just made it that much more apparent how disconnected those hags are from pop-culture. They were like a bunch of old grannies scolding you for being "mean". Even Sherri couldn't bring herself to admit that she reads you EVERY DAY because she LOVES the juice. She knows perfectly well that if she wanted to read a more chaste version of celeb events, she could go to People. She's a Team Perez member, and she should be proud of it.
I was kinda hoping for a more salacious interchange, but it was like watching a jalapeno be sandwiched between sliced white-bread. Such a waste of heat.
