How the hell is skinning our wildlife — even some of its most endangered species — a "green" choice? Respecting the environment and the wildlife that it shelters is a green choice. So if fake fur is a modern-day styrofoam box, just stay away from it altogether! It doesn't justify going to what you say is a lesser-of-two-evils (although I disagree with you there) — it's still evil.
