i loved amy winehouse's album "back to black" but for some reason her songs doesn't translate well when she performs them live. everyone says that she's getting so much better but i don't see it. she spinded pretty bad at the grammys and this performance is no better.

I am a huge fan of Amy Winehouse's music…but her performance was absolutely painful to watch!! She's the Brit's version of Britney Spears.
For all you poor people brainwashed by x-factor mania who actually think that Leona Lewis even deserved to be at the Brits never mind win anything WAKE the hell UP! She might have a nice voice but without the hugely sick and despicable marketing machine that is Simon Cowell et al none of us would even know who she is. The British music scene has always embraced artists who have success on merit and not on the back of an over hyped TV show. If Leona had won anything it would have been a slap in the face to the industry! Of course Leona fans who are extremely bad losers will go on about how it was fixed and whine on about why she wasn't mentioned in the list of Brit School grads but to be honest I would reckon that the Brit school do not wish to be asociated with X crapster! So Leona fans: dont expect her ever to win any industry supported awards she is an affront to British music and symbolises all that is very very wrong with it today!

Amy winehouse was the one who stole the show last night she might have her problems but she still out-performed everyone. Leona Lewis what can I say? Her's was a good perfromance technically but it was boring. What she needs to do is step out of the box instead of sticking to album version all the time and do some riffs and vocal runs switch it up a little and then we will know if she can really sing or not. Personally I think the only category she might have deserved to win in was the best single although Valerie is a better song than Bleeding Love she was number one for 7 weeks so for that at least she might have deserved an award for all the rest no she didnt deserve anything simply becuase she has only been out for 5 minutes. The girl who sang the first part of the Mark Ronson Medley was good too she has a nice voice.

Addicts ALWAYS look that way when they are in treatment because it's a psychological addiction as well. While their bodies are "kicking" the craving, the brain is "kicking" the absence of the "routine of using" as well. It's looking for the natural adrenalin rush that's been hampered because the drug use.
Why does her speaking of Blake connect to her being high? Show me a woman or man who DOESN'T look like that when they are totally IN LOVE. Blake is a drug and an addiction for her as well…she tried to immerse herself in his life and started using with him. Amy has always been an advocate of WEED and never hid it. Love makes us do stupid things and people can be addicted to emotions and feelings those people inspire.
I REALLY LOVE it when people like you, who OBVIOUSLY KNOW NOTHING invite someone to STUDY ane READ when they haven't the first clue as to what they're speaking on…..you're welcome to bring YOUR EXPERTISE to Washington, DC Drug Rehab or Washington DC Drug Detox centers. We need volunteer counselors and mentors and even they have to do much more than read and study. You don't think anything is salvagable because you don't REALLY know anything about addiction…unless you've been there or live with an addict.

Amy winehouse is a true talent but she needs to stop worrying about trying to be all sexy for Blake when she sings or how she looks and dances and worry more about singing the song. Her live performances sound like crap and I am becoming less and less of a fan because of them.

Have to agree with what someone else said about Amy Winehouse. She's weird and that's why she acts the way she does. One glance at her tells you that. It's not rocket science. But It's her weirdness, unique voice and music that makes her so different and interesting. And Mika (love love love Grace Kelly) is a bit like listening to the Bee Gees while on a wild acid trip lol. But that's also what makes him so interesting.
