Arrested!

Aaron Carter was busted by police for drug possession midday yesterday.
The former pop star was stopped by the coppers for speeding in Kimble County, Texas. A subsequent search of his Cadillac Escalade turned up about two ounces (56.7 grams) of marijuana and he was taken to a local jail in the town of Junction, where he is currently behind bars.
Carter spent the night in jail and is due in court this morning for his arraignment.
We're surprised it took Aaron this long to get arrested.
Didn't you think he would get busted sooner????

Our drug laws in America are such bullshit. The fact that he went to jail for possession of marijuana is so ridiculous. I don't believe that marijuana is anymore dangerous than alcohol, actually driving drunk is way worse than high and marijuana doesn't make you get in fights or black out. This incident is why I am scared to go to the South.

Ok, if you lived in or around junction, tx, you would realize why he got arrested. Its an area with a very small population, like a good ol' texas country town. The cops probably searched his car because of who he is. And its just weed. Its a dried plant that people just so happen to smoke.
