Britney Gets Visitation Of Her Kids!

"We're pleased that … the process of reinstating the children's mother as a participant in their lives can commence," Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said on Friday.
He added that Britney would "very soon" be allowed to see Tater Tot and Small Fry.
This is such a good thing!!!
Spears is finally getting her life back in order and we are so happy for her. And so is Federline.
The man who once was considered the bad guy is anything but. K-Fed didn't have to allowed Brit Brit any visitation. It wasn't court-mandated. But he and his lawyers worked with Britney's dad, Jamie, and her attorneys to make sure they could reach an agreement that would keep everyone happy, especially those two kids.
We are cautiously optimistic that this good progress Britney has made these last few weeks will continue. We hope it does. She still has more work to do on her path towards health and happiness.
But this is a very encouraging step in that direction!

I'm so glad that she got visitation back! I'm a single mother who needed help getting herself back on her feet and I'm so happy that she seems to be getting the support that she needs in order to get herself back on track!

Honestly, I hope that Britney and Kevin get back together because its plainly obvious and even more so when she admitted it that she divorced Kevin because of what everyone was telling her not because she didn't love him anymore. Obviously those two love each other because Kevin didn't immediately hop on the rebound and she was flaunting guys left and right because she wanted his attention. We call can't hate Kevin right now because he really didn't do anything wrong and it really seems like Britney does love him. Whatever she saw in him, that was her choice to give her heart to him and he really made her happy from what I seen. It was after the divorce, Britney seem to go all pyscho roaming the streets for no apparent reason when she just wanted her family back. All she probably ever wanted was Kevin to run her a bath, wash her hair and make her a nice bowl of chicken noodle soup to make her feel better. The pain of her bed being empty every night got overbearing for her. Especially when she still loves the man. Hopefully they can work things out and get their relationship back into order. Tator Tot and Small Fry deserve to live in a home with both of their parents who love each other and Britney's relationship with Kevin never really ran its course. They need to get their priorities straight because the children come first. Britney knew going crazy would get Kevin back into her wings and now everything is starting to fall into her lap once again.

I think that she really did get her ass kicked by this whole process. For the first time ever Britney had to deal with life on lifes terms. Sick or not. She has been so very spoiled, all her life, by so many different things. The fact that her mother gave her everything and then becoming a pop star at such a young age. And it just goes on and on. But she finally had a situation in her life that could not be bought or bribed and she had to DEAL WITH IT. She has had to learn to cope like and adult and still is learning for that matter. She has had to mature and face reality in a harsh way. I don't think that is a harsher way to learn these realities for someone like her, than by LOOSING HER CHILDREN!! And good, so be it. She will forever know from here on out that life is not always handed to you on a silver platter and that you cannot take some of the most preciouse and cherished things in life for granted and that being her CHILDREN. She knows now that she is just like the rest of the world. Just like all of us common people. lol. She has to be decent to her kids or she will lose that privelege. This has been a good and bad thing. We all live and learn. Live and learn.

Cautiously optimistic is a great way to look at it. Being a mom myself, I'd naturally say that visitation is a good thing for mom/children, but common sense keeps me on the edge of my seat. I think I'll go with optimism and say

I am VERY Happy She is getting her children back…This is going to change her hopefully because Britney was a girl turned woman that was spoiled and thought the world revolved around her and her desires. Even though she was sweet she took people for granted including her parents , managers and those closest to her. When she lost everything all at once because people were just tired of being pushed around to her whims she lost all control…She thought she would leave Kevin publically and that he would come back begging for forgiveness and come back BUT HE DIDN't and that is when it all spiraled out of control and she started to wake up to earth and understand that she was not some fairy tale princess that could get everything she wanted. Although i felt very sorry to see all this cruelty happen to her maybe now She will be much more humble and caring knowing that she can lose her two most valued possesions HER Kids and Her Freedom!!! Wow..that's really hitting rock bottom. If she doesn't see the blessings that her Father has brought to her life by sacrificing his for her "adult" life then she is hopeless. While her kids deserve a mother, they more importantly deserve a good mother, and I get the worst feeling that she will do something really stupid sometime soon to jeopardize her custody chances with the kids.
Unless she moves away from the glare of the spotlight and does something to ensure her kids have some stability and a sense of routine, her kids would be better off with Kevin. Look, Britney is just getting to visit with her kids under the watchful eyes of her psychiatrist and her father. You are wrong because she has been getting treatment. She's been meeting with her psychiatrist several times a week and following a regiment of drugs prescribed by her various doctors.
The difference this time is her psychiatrist is monitoring the affects of all of her drugs are having on her and adjusting the dosages to stabilize her moods. This is the treatment for bi-polar disorder.
Patients need to be monitored closely during this period to properly fine-tune their medication. Most bi-polar patients cannot afford to the personnel required to monitor them at home so they are hospitalized. Britney has the resources to hire personal monitors therefore she doesn't require hospitalization.

I am happy that she is doing much better..but, two weeks ago she was a mess. Perhaps a 1 &a 2 year old should not be subjected to seeing her again until she has stabilized. If you show your crotch in public, then get taken away in an ambualnce for baracading yourself in with your kid, then go 2 the psych ward again, then are saying it is because you are drugged by lufti, then not showing up at court…well, those kids are worth more than that. I think she should get to talk ont he phone to them for now. I bet when they get older, they are going to see what kind of mother she was and really be messed up or reallyresent her for all of this. Even if it was due to being drugged for the last year, she was still a negligent mom before…ie: driving with Sean Preston in the front seat without his carseat etc.

ONLY if they know she is stable should they let her have contact with those 2 kids.
