Britney Gets Visitation Of Her Kids!

"We're pleased that … the process of reinstating the children's mother as a participant in their lives can commence," Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said on Friday.
He added that Britney would "very soon" be allowed to see Tater Tot and Small Fry.
This is such a good thing!!!
Spears is finally getting her life back in order and we are so happy for her. And so is Federline.
The man who once was considered the bad guy is anything but. K-Fed didn't have to allowed Brit Brit any visitation. It wasn't court-mandated. But he and his lawyers worked with Britney's dad, Jamie, and her attorneys to make sure they could reach an agreement that would keep everyone happy, especially those two kids.
We are cautiously optimistic that this good progress Britney has made these last few weeks will continue. We hope it does. She still has more work to do on her path towards health and happiness.
But this is a very encouraging step in that direction!

I think it is great that she is going to get to see her kids. It will help her keep her life on track. I know it is going to be supervised but I also hope it will be in a safe place that both parties choose. Britney is no wear near recovered and I would hate to see her ruin things again. That's life. My son's situation is fucked up too, why as soon as he gets comfy at one place *his home with me, his mommy*, he's sent packin' to daddy's. And furthermore, daddy is an alcoholic to whom the court granted primary custody. Daddy decides the schedule even though it so obviously upsets his son a great deal. In the custody agreement, Daddy was required to enter a treatment program, has had an intervention with family since then, and has yet to actually take his sorry ass TO rehab. Yet, Daddy has more rights to a child he is unable to support, whereas mommy works her ass off, provides a better more stable environment, and doesn't have substance abuse issues of any kind.

I am so happy for Britney! She is a wonderful mom and she loves those kids so much. The only reason she was acting weird in the last few months is because Sam was making her take drugs. We know that now because since he has been banned she has been completely normal. Obviously Kevin knows this too or he would not allow the kids to visit her this soon. Britney loves her kids and she is a smart woman she will be 100% better soon and her new video comes out next week and it will go straight to #1 and she will be back! i predict by summertime she will start a comeback tour for her new cd and will have her kids back and maybe even kevin too.
