Anne looks great. Miley is 15 and that dress is completely age inappropriate. She shouldn't wear long, dark colored dresses. She's really young. Short, wispy and light colors are the way to go.

I don't care for Miley, but people are right… Anne does have a clownish look (her features are oversized and her mouth is pretty large, so the red lipstick looks clown-like). She should downplay the largeness of her facial features not enhance them with bright colors. Too much enhancement of already large features makes her face look odd and somewhat gaudy.
