How is this dress possibly - even *remotely* - prettier than George Clooney's girlfriend's dress, or Katherine Heigl's dress, or Heidi Klum's dress, or Anne Hathaway's dress?
By calling this the best dress of the evening, you're basically outing yourself as a closet straight guy with zero fashion sense masquerading as a gay guy. In short, you don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
This dress was a little too busy but she looked incredible anyway her elegance and poise have no competition. CLASSY. We should all take some notes. Not a lot of class out there anymore. Repeat after me C-L-A-S-S, everyone!!!!

Penelope is gorgeous but the dress is boring. On the red carpet it looked odd, especially around the mid section. There were however about 20 of this same dress on the carpet too so it was a downer. Not my fav.
