A lot of young women go through image issues and starve themselves, get plastic surgery, etc. because of comments like this. I don't get why people think its cool to think its okay and funny to make these rude kinds of comments, Perez. I don't claim to be a big fan of Ms. Cyrus but she is still a kid and its just not cool to make these kinds of rude comments based on a person's appearance. Some people need to take a course in HUMAN KINDNESS 101. Just my opinion.
