A spokesperson for the Academy Awards is speaking out about why Brad Renfro was omitted from the Oscar's "In Memoriam" tribute.
“It was really an editing decision because we can’t fit everyone in,” says a rep for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. “There was no specific reason.”
Is that a good enough excuse?????

No. Everyone who has passed should be recognized. It's a sign of respect. They could have spent less time on other things like some of those clips that weren't even funny.
That is the most fuckin disgusting excuse I have ever heard. Editing???!!! Renfro was a great talent who deserved to be recognised for his (great) body of work.

Frank Capra Jr. who was not only the son of Frank Capra ( Diretor of "It's a Wonderful Life") who in his own right is a producer, director, and member of the Academy Of Motion Pictures aka the "Oscars" passed away in December of 2007 of cancer. Frank was also left out, and contributed more to the film industry in his lifetime that Brad ever did. Sometimes they just don't have the time to fit everyone in.
