It's up for auction!
That's right, Michael Jackson's famed Neverland ranch will be sold on March 19th.
And U can get in on the action!
There is a slight possibility M.J. can keep his massive manse. But, in order to do that, he needs to come up with $24,525,906.61 by the auction date. He ain't got that kinda money, honey.
When Neverland is auctioned, it will include everything: all personal property inside, all fixtures and appliances, furniture, and "all merry go round type devices," any rides, games.

The way foreclosure works in California is that when the owner is at 90 days past due, the lender can file a notice of default against the owner. The lender can also wait past the 90 days to try to work out a plan, and they can wait whether it's a mansion or a small studio condo. If no plan is worked out or the owner is in communicado, then the notice of default is filed at the county administration building. Then a trustee's sale is scheduled for 5 weeks from the filing date. The owner retains control of the property up until that; it is illegal to lock him out of his house before the point where he doesn't own it. My guess as a real estate broker is that he's way past 90 days and that the default notice was filed long ago and there has already been a secret trustee's sale (with MJ's knowledge though, of course, but not the media's). Now it will just be the lender trying to auction off the house and contents that they already own.
They'll probably wind up finding a few missing children!

I agree. Both sides of this disaster are to blame. Although what Michael Jackson usually did (I know a child star who was invited to Neverland to "spend the night") was invite the kid through their agents or through some 3rd extension of the family (the people from make-a-wish) so that the kid would be so excited (by the time the parents would hear about it) that there would almost be no choice. Am told that the kids would be kept up until 3am (drinking evercleer alcohol mixed with soda) and would pass out from exhaustion. When they would wake up (dizzy) with Michael, he would have his pants off and would giggle that they slipped off in his sleep– would then try to wrestle, etc. until the (drunk) kids would be excited. Jackson would then tell the kids that they were "sharing a dream" together and then things would move forward from there.

As you can read/see Michael Jackson is a very dangerous and disturbed man who likes to sexually defile children.
