He wasn't rude. He didn't verbally abuse the girl. He said over and over he couldn't hear her, probably because he hears voices and acronyms in his head all damn day long. Then he wouldn't give a shout out. So what? Even the D-Listers don't want to be associated with some 13-year-old's website about the "Starz". Obviously the interviewer is young and inexperienced. It's a very noisy room with lots of people talking and very reverberant acoustics. Hopefully she will have more respect for her interview subjects in the future, particularly older people who have likely lost some hearing ability. She should have moved the microphone farther from her mouth and spoken louder so Busey could hear the questions instead of making him lean into her just to hear what she's saying. The person with her obviously has more experience as they stepped in to tranlsate for Busey.
Busey was very polite, in the face of a major annoyance.
