She's poking fun at herself and her image (she def. put the Unicorn in to intentionally slap everyone in the face who makes fun of her of 'eternally 12' image of Rainbows, Butterflies and such) all while still oozing sex appeal. At the same time as she's being hilarious she's dispelling rumors of her being nothing but a singing voice simply because she DOES have depth and range and she's showing it. She's playing up the Diva image but at the same time she's showing a side of herself that only the hardcore lambs seem to understand. Now maybe the rest of the world will see her in a different light. I absolutely love this video, it's already better than any video from the TEOM era.
I don't expect the people that read Perez and think his word is the gospel to understand or even like Mariah - but loosen up a bit, stop judging, and LISTEN to her voice…you might find you actually like her. I loved Mariah, back when she focused more on singing and less on a super sexy image. Now she seems too old to be hamming it up sex kitten style.
