What the hell is the big deal in that? Some people just don't like discussing their personal opinions about things. If I was a celebrity, I wouldn't reveal my political thoughts, either.
It isn't anyones business how she is voting. She is very pro-gay rights, so I would bet she votes democrat - but it's her right not to yap about it, especially if she hasn't had time to study up on all the contenders.
"I don't do politics" most likely meant that she doesn't talk about politics. Personally, I could care less what stars support which candidate and it's so annoying to watch them tout behind a particular candidate.
I find it refreshing that someone isn't using this election as a way to gain publicity,, and by the way - it's not our business what she thinks politically.

Politics cannot be separated from life. The two are forever intertwined. To say that you "don't do politics" is the most absurd statement ever considering that every choice that one makes is political. Politics affect everything. Don't you want a say in what affects your life? Katharine Heigel's cigarette smoking is a political decision whether she realizes it or not.

i actually think she's a bit overrated, and so was KNOCKED UP. i mean, that movie was NOT all that funny as it was made out to be. it was actually kind of depressing in a disappointingly not-so-funny way. her acting in 27 dresses was sub-par too; i kick myself in the ass for allowing my friend to convince me to go watch it. she should just stick to grey's anatomy.
