On Lettermen last night she was constantly touching her lips with her tongue. Weird.
Invisalign? or some sort of braces…
Did she have a stroke, or recent dental work?
I used to LOVE Courtney Cox. She was the celebrity I wished I looked like. No more….what happened to aging gracefully?
I think deb is correct …"it's called restylane and botox". Loks like she was trying to erase the ( ) lines that run from the nose to the mouth area and had some restylane or juvederm injected to lessen their appearance.
She definately appears to be having a problem speaking. Look at the first comment she makes. She is almost speaking with a slur.

She was doing the same whole lip licking thing on The Late Show with David Letterman. Her lips looked a bit more natural but she kept licking her lips, and trying to do it subtly, but it can't be subtle when you keep doing it…

SHE is just recovering from a cold thats why she sounds like that and as for her lips she didn't do anything to them I saw her IN PERSON (i work at the studio) she looks fine

She looks great. also if you loook at her lips in the clip they showed from last season dirt and her at the studio you will see that theres no difference SHE didn't do anything. It could be the lipstick it gloss thats making it appear like that

I think shes hot. she's a really low key, no make up, jeans and t-shirt kinda girl. I don't think she did anything to her lips they look the same, maybe she didn't have energy because she was tried or sick or whatever but she's still hot

it could be from novocaine injected during some dental procedure like filling a cavity. my mouth looked just like that when i had one in high school except it was on the side and i looked like i had a stroke. haha.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, a celebrity that chooses to have their lips injected with whatever by whoever is asking for trouble.
You were right on the money, she's having difficulty talking and moving them. She doesn't look like herself most importantly she has an uncanny resemblence to (not Janice) Demi Moore. I'm not saying that as a surgery gag but doesn't she? Don't you think?

it looks like she has (or had) Bell's Palsy which affects one side of the face. The muscles on the affected side do not move. It can affect people to different degrees as far as the facial paralysis. Looks like she had a mild case of it.

Its not lip augmentation. ITS BOTOX, people! Looks like Courtney has been going to town on the stuff trying to cover up the aging as she makes a long awaited comeback onto the screen competing with the much younger better looking actresses out there.
Botox is generally used in the upper section of the face (eyes, forehead etc.) however a cosmetic surgeon I happen to know also uses it in small amounts around the mouth area to help reduce lines, not a great amount though so as to paralyse the whole area. then she also adds collagen to help plump it up. Looks like Courtney is just high on the BOTOX.
It's the current trend in Hollywood, Juviderm. It's used to keep those pesky from your nose to your mouth from showing. Yuck! Makes them have no expression!

Cosmetic and Plastic surgery!! Cheek and Chin implants & restylane in her lips with lots of botox for the forehead and crowsfeet around the eyes. She can not frown and has any facial expression. Plus restylane in lips recent proceedure has that affect of speech slur. Its all bad. Too much at one time & she totally doesn't even look like herself. YUCK.
