I'm going to have to say that she is must really be into a retro look and has been for quite awhile now. That outfit could really have even came straight out of the 70's. But I think it's her hair that really makes her look out of style. She hasn't had an actual "style" cut into that long hair EVER that I can remember (even her long-ago perms just flew every which way). I'd like to see her get a hair cut! Or at least put in some hair weaves like Catherine McVeigh or Carrie Underwood. At least their long hair looks modern and stylish~ not hanging limp and out-of-date like Mariah's always does. But she acts like she thinks she's ALL THAT no matter what she wears or how she does her hair so it doesn't matter to her. But she certainly isn't what anyone should call fat. She's just tall and probably has a large frame or bone structure which means she's not going to ever look like a waif.
