Pot is harder on your lungs than cigarettes. All drugs have side effects, even prescription drugs. If you are healthy enough to avoid it, it's best not to take anything but ibuprofen and vitamins. Pot makes you feel good but using it regularly makes you stupid. If you don't drink or take any other drugs, a doobie every now and then won't hurt but why admit it if you haven't gotten caught?
Problem with pot/marijuna is that it is much more potent than it was before. Regular use has been proven to give people psychosis. Smoking is bad for the lungs.

Do you ever intentionally driven above the speed limit? Do you ever make a U-turn across a double yellow line? Have you intentionally written a bad check? Did you ever intentionally drink when you were underage? I think that's the point he's making. That everyone is breaking the law.
