Where is the sparkle that Katie used to have in her eyes? When she and Tom were first together, she totally embodied a young woman with a wonderful future ahead of her. Even after Suri was born, she looked so happy. But for the last year the spark has disappeared and Katie has been coached into looking like a woman in her mid-30s. She is quite beautiful, but is always looking at the gound, stooping to make herself closer to Tom's height, and always looks SO sad. It's really a shame.
