There shouldn't be an issue on this. Katherine Heigl IS NOT a household name and probably will not be. She might have starred in a movie that grossed some good numbers, but I'll bet 50% of those who saw it still don't know who she is. Think of the recent film Enchanted — made big money, but most people who saw it don't know who the hell its star were. Kate has no reason to know who Katherine is.

For one thing, Knocked Up was not successful because of Katherine Heigal. It would of been just as successful with Anne Hathaway. Also, a true successful movie, will make over 100 million domestically. 27 dresses has only made 73 million. The theatre count keeps going down. Won't make it to 100 million. Maybe 80. That's pushing it.

i was at teh same same bar literally with kate hudson in boston at the oak room at the fairmont coply where she was taping with dane cook. this girl has NO class. she was screaming across the room asking for the score of a tennis game in a VERY HIGH END eating/drinking establishment. it was really offensive that this girl thought it was okay to interupt everyone's meal to get a sports score. and as one of her assistants was brushing her hair - she just walked off brush in hair with the assistant scrurrily trying to run behind her - no communication - just being a dismissive bitch. when she passed off her tea or coffee cup - whatever it was - she just handed her hand out to the side without even looking at the person expecting that someone would just take this from her and they did. i used to think that kate hudson was the kool chick but she's not - she's rude and arrogant and i guess that finally came out in a magazine article. that's good for the next time she ruins someone elses lunch or expectations of a "star"
