Judging from the marks on her knuckles and the swollen face, I would say it was bulimia. Both signs are indicative of severe bulimia which I believe she has suffered from in the past.

Re: nolegirl – Yeah that is what i think. Crack totally rots out your teeth from the inside out & her bulimia for sure caused enamel loass & erosion from the outside in. You think she only had that one missing tooth but i bet the ones in back are gone or wrotten & even the ones in front are probably decayed. She most likely got some teeth pulled. Hopefully she is getting dental implants & will lay off the crack & stop being bulimic. Gosh she is a mess.
