my cousins face swelled up like that when the doc perscribed some type of steriods to help with severe asthma. that's the first thing i thought of.

Considering how bad her front teeth were isn't it logical to suspect she needed loads of work on the molars as well. Kudos to her for getting her health together. I had wisdom teeth surgery last week, and that is exactly what you look like the next day. I hope she heeds her surgeon's instructions to NOT smoke anything for 24 hours though!

It could be the beginning symptoms of a steroid used for infections or choronic desiese. I have Lupus and whne I first went on Prednesone ( steroid) I had what they call the "chipmuck" face. It almost looks like , if she hasn't had dental work done like wisdome teeth pulled, that she is on a medication like prednesone.
I hope she is not hiding an illness . With the rest of the junk that she does to her self it would be a shame if she ifact did have a legit illness that is not caused by anything but her body not an illness caused by drugs.

When my girlfriends wisdom teeth were pulled, her face swelled up and she had black eyes, so that might be it.
My guess is Amy has been visiting the dentist, looks like wisdom tooth removal. At long last, she is getting good care. Hallelujah!
