I can't believe how shallow you are.
You can get alllll the plastic surgery you want, but your age really shows in your hands. There's nothing that you can do to reverse time there. Sucks to get older, eh??
Big veins probably run in her family. You really can't help what kind of veins you have. I will be 49 this year. I have no wrinkles, not even really any gray and I am a dark brunette - no sugery or botox, just not a lot of time in the sun without protection because I am extremely fair skinned and just burn. The point is my skin is very translucent on both my hands and the top of my feet, you can see the veins, but my veins are tiny so they don't look like hers. My veins have nothing to do with my age, I have had them like this since I was a child - my whole life people have commented on them. No, they are not gross, it is just the way I am made and you don't notice them unless you are staring at and examinging my hands or feet. I guess if I had bright camera lights on me you could probably see them and they would be more pronounced. You young ones are so materialistic and superficial it is insane. Hate to tell you this, but one day you are also going to get to be the age you are now picking on.
Veiny hands happen from lifting weights. My hands look the same and I lift weights too. Wakeup people, you can't force fat around your hands!!

The only real solution for this is cheesecake, I am afraid. We all have choices, if you choose a lean, no fat body (something MOST women really are not supposed to have) you will have thin, veiny hands and feet. If you allow yourself some fat and curves (like Sophia Lauren), this won't be so drastic. Your face won't be so gaunt as you lose fat there, either (and you won't need those cheek implants! You can save the money and use it to lift body parts gravity has affected)

I can't wait and I am really looking forward to grow old with my man. I mentioned to him that I will probably try botox once I reach 40 ,I am now 35 and my bf is 45 but he told me that he doesn't want me to have some botox because he rather see my natural face ,the face and all my face expressions that he fell in love in the first place. All my life I never ever had any one say something so sweet and that's why fuck botox I am ready to grow old with my man and enjoy each other company for as long as we can and I believe that is more rewarding than worrying what my face looks like .Vanity is another evil form that sometimes destroy many of us.

I'm a decade younger than her & my hands have looked that bad for awhile. I think it's a combo of being pale, thin & heredity. Ummm…I may come off looking like a real dweeb….but I had hands like that when I was *20.* My hands are just naturally bony and skinny, and the veins are really obvious and sticky outy. I can't see wrinkles on Madonna's hands, so if you're just talking about the veins–veiny hands know no age. So her hands are ageless! If she raises her hands, the veins would go down. Also if her hands get cold, the veins will shrink.

Actually, there IS cosmetic surgery for hands now. It's very state-of-the-art, but they do have solutions for veiny hands. I think she thinks it looks like a sign of health and fitness but it looks like shit. If Madonna has botox galore, she should try the new procedure for her hands and arms too. Veiny is UGLY.
