Hands with prominent veins like Madonna's are usually a result of heredity. Some people have hands that look that way when they are only in their 20's. Or before. It wouldn't be an age thing in her case since she is only 49. Either way, what is the big deal anyway? Why encourage anyone to submit to a procedure on that account? You'd have to be unbelievably vain to want to do anything about 'fixing' something as inconsequential as prominent veins anyhow.
Actually you can get botox on your hands. It works for sweaty palms (not that I'd know)

Hey Perez, They don't use Botox for veins, they use a filler like Restylane or Sculptra to flesh the skin out so the veins don't show.

That's from being in shape. When you have no body fat you veins show in your hands and feet, sometimes up to your arms. I think it's attractive. It shows that you work out hard and take care of your body.
